About the Role We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Engineer to support the planning, site coordination, and execution of major construction projects. With the project already up & running, with approximately 12 months left - you'll be working within an experienced delivery team, overseeing various packages - including structures. Key Responsibilities Supporting the Construction Manager & Senior Project Engineer in a self sufficient / autonomous capacity Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and constructability Monitor site progress, manage subcontractor performance, and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with the site team Liaise with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure design intent and quality standards are met Maintain project records, RFIs, NCRs, and ensure compliance with WHS and QA procedures About You Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline 3–5 years' experience in a Site or Project Engineer role, with exposure to high-density residential or mixed-use building projects Strong understanding of construction methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised, with a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail What’s on Offer Join a developer-builder delivering some of Australia’s most ambitious projects Genuine opportunities for long-term career progression Collaborative and forward-thinking team culture $140-150k Super - depending on experience If you would like to submit your application, please click APPLY NOW or submit an updated resume to [email protected]
