James Hardie is on the hunt for enthusiastic and driven Sales Cadets to join our team! Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Category Growth, you will play a key role in supporting the management of a portfolio of smaller builders and driving the conversion of sales opportunities across Melbourne metro and select regional areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your sales acumen, and contribute to the growth of our High Value Products in the single-family new construction, small multi-family, and renovation segments.
