About the Role Embrace the chance to be part of our vibrant Adventure Team Program, supporting individuals with disabilities through fun and engaging group activities! You’ll work alongside a passionate team helping participants enjoy outings like swimming, bowling, movies, karaoke, and more. This casual role offers shifts Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Responsibilities: · Support individuals during group-based community activities and outings · Ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants at all times · Encourage social interaction and participation in activities · Communicate effectively with team members and participants families · Maintain accurate records of activities and participant progress What We’re Looking For · A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities · Experience or interest in community-based group activities and outings · Excellent communication and teamwork skills · Ability to ensure participant safety and wellbeing · Friendly, patient, and encouraging attitude to foster social engagement Requirements · Valid drivers licence (P2 or open class) · Senior First Aid and CPR certificate · NDIS worker screening clearance (yellow card) · Blue card (working with children check) Benefits · Great perks such annual pay increases, paid induction, continuous training and development, employee assistance, referral bonuses, and discounts at major retailers.
