About the Role As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. Your role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering service information with professionalism and empathy. You will work closely with Marine Team to address customer needs efficiently, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your typical day may include: Make or process reservations for visitors to Bruny Island accurately through the company check in systems. Answer customer enquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. Liaise with crew ensuring operational issues are satisfactorily communicated and resolved as required. Accurately complete shift reports as per hand-over procedures. Keep the ticket booth clean, tidy, organised and well maintained. Assist back office with tasks are required. Ensure ticket booth is opened and locked up as per company policies and procedures. Maintain high levels of personal presentation and grooming.
