You’ll also be accountable for the performance of the branch including deposit targets and loan referrals alongside a dedicated Relationship Manager. Reporting to the National Branch Manager, key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences Driving achievement of branch KPIs and sales targets Ensuring branch operations align with risk and compliance frameworks Representing the bank at off-site pop-up events Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to branch procedures We have vacancies in both our Sydney CBD and Bankstown Branches.
