The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic approach to building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
