From design through to completion and handover, we are able to supply, maintain and manage all aspects of projects works including, remedial works, capital works and expansion projects. We are seeking a Construction Manager (Electrical) to join the recently awarded Conveyor & Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades Package on the Cape Lambert A High Density Ore (CLAHDO) Project on the Pilbara coast in Western Australia. This milestone project involves significant electrical, instrumentation and control system upgrades, conveyor drive station upgrades and other infrastructure upgrades. This presents an opportunity to be based on this milestone project for its duration, commencing in June 2025 and scheduled for completion in August 2026, with further worked offered thereafter on alternate projects. THE ROLE We are currently seeking a Construction Manager (Electrical) to join our existing team on a FIFO roster. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading team with positive culture demonstrating Linkforce values Ensuring project is completed in accordance with client, statutory, quality and safety requirements Identifying “smarter” ways to deliver Monitoring procurement and execution to ensure work crews have all, equipment and materials required to conduct works correctly, the first time Building positive and professional relationships with clients and vendors, to ensure new and repeat business Managing financial health of project ensuring optimal commercial outcomes Capturing all variations from Vendors and in a professional manner, without adversely affecting the relationship Ensuring contracts are complied with in a professional manner within the required timeframes whilst maintaining positive client relationship Overseeing all aspects of materials control including receipt, unloading, storage, preservation, picking and issue Notifying the Quality Control of all non-conforming conditions Ensure that the required materials for execution are available in a timely manner on site so as not to delay any works ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction leadership roles with strong electrical knowledge Engineering qualification or trade qualification Construction and/or Project Management qualification is highly desirable Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Project and Excel Pronto and Primavera knowledge would be advantageous Experience in completing CMS (Contract Management System) documentation for on-site personnel and equipment The ability to manage and execute end to end deliverables on a project A current Australian Drivers Licence IN RETURN You will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
