A rare opportunity has arisen for a temporary admin assistant to join their team. There is potential for this role to go permanent for the right person. Your new role As the Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for: First point of contact Managing bookings Records management of all hire transactions and movements Reporting Monthly register auditing Managing vehicle registrations General administration support to the team What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will have: Previous administration experience in a similar role (minimum 12 months) Strong organisational and time management skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrable ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Full-time availability What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a temporary role with onsite parking in a great team culture.
