Implement purchase and marketing policies and set prices as per the Domino guideline. Maintain retail staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintain high level of customer service standards. Maintain staff work-related results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; monitoring & appraising their job outcomes Product awareness to customer and staff as per the new product or promotion Take required step to ensure business profitability in sustainable manner Making a weekly budget to run the premises
