Your new role We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our tight-knit team at our South Eastern Office on a casual basis. The role will provide backfill for a current team of administrative staff when they go on leave as well as other available casual shifts as required to support Manager. Some ad hoc travel will be required to undertake tasks. Successful candidates will ideally have availability from Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities and duties will include: Provide secretarial and administrative support to Home Support Manager, Site Coordinators, Case Managers and Senior Administration. Develop, co-ordinate and maintain the administration functions and program records of the office. Manage client related finances including goods receipting and office petty cash. Enter data into our client management systems Epicor and Riskware, as required. Other administrative duties as directed by the Home Support Manager and Senior Administration. What we will require from you: Excellent administration skills (previous experience in a similar role within aged care/health care or accounts receivable role is highly advantageous) Strong Financial management skills Attention to detail An understanding of Aged Care processes The ability to prioritise tasks and time manage efficiently Strong IT skills and great knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Epicor or other client management systems. Excellent communication skills A caring and non-judgmental approach with the ability to work with people from varying socio-economic backgrounds This sounds great! How do I apply?
