Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join the team at one of the largest dairy manufacturers in the Penrith area. This role offers excellent working hours, a highly competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity to be part of a well-established team with potential for long-term career growth. Pay Rate: $47 per hour Location: Penrith Shifts: 5am-1pm, 1pm-9pm, 9pm-5am (Must be flexible for at least 2 shift times) Role Overview: Operating forklift at the crate dock Loading crates onto the washing line Manual handling - transferring bottles of milk from production line to crates Loading and unloading trucks and other vehicles Working in a refrigerated environment (1-3°C) Operating both Tyne Fork and preferably Frame Fork forklifts To Be Successful, You Will Need: Valid Forklift License with proven experience within a similar environment Current driver's licence and reliable transportation Can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and part of a team.
