HHDS Hills Housing & Disability Services, based in Mount Baker, SA has a vacancy got full-time Disability Support Worker. Purpose Assisting people with daily living tasks, community inclusion and participation activities. Support the client to maintain their wellbeing, explore opportunities, and work towards agreed outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide quality, flexible and customised care designed for people living with a disability.
