As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your new role Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation. Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring first-call resolution and managing complaints to completion. Continuously assess your performance and take initiative to improve and grow. Collaborate with team members in a positive and engaging way. Use internal systems and tools to manage customer policies and stay up to date with information. Make accountable decisions, including system overrides, to resolve customer enquiries.
