Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on C4I systems to support the development and management of Capability Definition Documents (CDDs). Draft detailed technical reports and engineering artefacts to support decision-making and requirements validation. Participate in engineering workshops, technical reviews, and working groups with internal stakeholders and industry partners. Review industry-delivered artefacts and contribute to the development of key system baselines. Identify C4I risks and support their quantification and mitigation in collaboration with the program’s engineering manager. About You Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum three years’ experience in C4I within Defence acquisition or complex systems engineering environments. Proficiency with modern distributed network architectures. Strong communication skills-both verbal and written-with a keen ability to produce high-quality documentation.
