The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Manager should have: 5 years experience within the racking or shelving industry. Demonstrated success in securing new business and expanding client portfolios. Experience in sales leadership within the racking or shelving industry (preferred but not essential). Strong knowledge of retail and industrial sectors, with insight into automation project environments. Target-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding KPIs. Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale projects. Existing network within major retailers (e.g. Coles, Costco, Woolworths, ALDI).
