ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for Customer Service Officers to support various racing days at the Clarence River Jockey Club (Grafton). This is a customer-facing role from 16-17 July 2025. This is NOT a food and beverage assignment. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and processing bets, operating wagering terminals, overseeing EBT machines, and handling cash transactions. This is NOT a food and beverage assignment. WHAT YOU WILL DO Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers using 'standalone' EBT machines Resolve customer inquiries and issues Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Promote a safe and inclusive environment for customers and colleagues WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE Must be over the age of 18 Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (desirable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in operating wagering terminals and EBT machines is an asset (desirable) Knowledge of responsible gambling practices is (preferred) Be available to work at both days: 16th and 17th July 2025 HOW TO APPLY You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role.
