Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a dedicated Retail Manager to join our passionate team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy pizza restaurant. As a pivotal leader within the business, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing staff, maintaining high food and hygiene standards, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: ●Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth front-of-house functions and maintaining high standards of presentation and service. ●Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance; prepare and manage staff rosters to meet operational demands and optimize productivity. ●Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers as required, and manage stock rotation and loss prevention strategies to minimize costs. ●Ensure compliance with relevant workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations, food safety standards (if applicable), and company policies. ●Provide excellent customer service by handling complaints, resolving issues effectively, and creating a welcoming and inclusive store environment. ●Drive store sales by implementing promotional activities, monitoring sales performance, and identifying opportunities for growth. ●Analyse store performance by reviewing financial reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting results to management. ●Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and effective inventory control. About You: ●Proven experience in hospitality or food retail management (preferably 2 years) ●A hands-on leader with a strong customer service ethos ●Excellent communication and organizational skills ●Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and OH&S regulations ●Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment ●Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays ●Formal qualification in Retail or Hospitality Management desirable Why Join Us?
