Ensure compliance with Domino’s Australia standards and food safety regulations. Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to ensure cost control and stock availability. Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to boost performance. Position Description: Oversee daily operations and ensure stock levels are maintained and perform inventory checks to prevent shortages. Implement merchandising strategies to optimize sales and enhance customer experience. Create a welcoming environment for all customers, ensuring a memorable experience. Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service. Manage budgets, monitor sales performance, and analyse key metrics to meet business goals. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Build relationships with the local community to enhance the store's reputation and visibility. Plan and execute promotional events or campaigns to drive engagement and foot traffic. To be successful in this role, you must be Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in hospitality, quick service, or retail management. A Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail, or Hospitality Management is preferred. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and customer service. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
