About the Role We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our highly engaged Customer Service team that thrives on collaboration and providing outstanding Customer Experience, located at Enfield, Sydney. Reporting to the National Customer Service Team Leader, the purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional service to our customers across our Bakery Ingredients and Animal Nutrition divisions. As a Customer Service Representative at MAURI, you will be responsible for: Entering customer orders received via phone and email, with a high level of accuracy Solving problems and handling complaints with care and confidence Processing pricing and credit requests smoothly and on time Setting up new customer accounts and keeping info up-to-date Taking part in call coaching and feedback sessions About You The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with previous experience in a customer service or customer facing role, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
