Seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative on a casual permanent basis. This vital role will see you provide exceptional customer service to clients and support the wider sales team. Your primary task is to contact an existing customer database daily and procure new customers . No work from home. 3 to 5 days (OPTIONAL). Key Responsibilities Respond to customer complaints and queries, working to resolve issues promptly Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Maintain detailed customer records and documentation Support the sales team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required Call the client database every day.
