Sales Cadet - Ballarat Candidates will predominately be working from the ‘Lucas’ Ballarat display home location but must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations upon request. Your working week is traditionally Saturday - Wednesday although may change due to the ever changing and exciting dynamic sales environment. Your training and development will be working alongside our experienced New Home Advisors. You will be supported by experienced talent while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales process, the New Home Industry specifics and technical details of what drives our success. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Providing administrative assistance to the New Home AdvisorsWork closely with New Home Advisors in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rulesMaintaining the high standard of presentation of Metricon’s display centresExpert execution of the prescribed display Meet/Greet requirementsProvide a top class Home Demonstration to customersQualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointmentsProviding customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectationsSupport Sales Administration/Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process; andLiaise with customers for all sales queries.
