The business is currently seeking a Retail Manager to lead daily store operations and support business performance and staff management. Minimum Requirements: AQF Diploma or higher qualification in business or retail management and at least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced retail or food service environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee complete day-to-day store operations Prepare weekly rosters and manage staff shift planning Supervise staff, uphold uniform and operational standards Control labour and food costs according to company targets Maintain and report on weekly food inventory usage Conduct weekly stock counts and oversee bi-weekly stock ordering Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with Domino’s standards Recruit, interview, and train new staff Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Enforce food safety and hygiene standards as per regulations Monitor health and safety of team members Conduct monthly audits and prepare Operational Evaluation Reports (OER) Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management abilities Proven ability to achieve operational KPIs related to cost, staffing, and customer service Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Good understanding of food safety regulations and compliance requirements Time management and organisational efficiency in high-pressure settings Experience in staff training, supervision, and performance feedback How to Apply: To apply for this position, please email your resume to [email protected].
