With project values upwards of $500m, the diversity of the services sees them operate as a About the Opportunity Working as part of a strong project commercial team, you will be employed fulltime on a major infrastructure project to manage commercial and contractual aspects for the project sections under your control. You will assist in achieving the completion of the project on time whilst ensuring commercial targets are met and risk is minimized. Key Accountabilities Subcontractor management Manage Variations and simple contract amendments Contracts Administration and Claims Management About You In order to be shortlisted for this opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Tertiary qualified - Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying etc 5 - 15 years construction experience working for a Tier 1/ Tier 2 contractor Robust understanding of Australian Standard forms of contract (eg. AS4902) Will be able to demonstrate good tenure in past employment Excellent verbal & written communication skills Prior MRWA contract experience is advantageous A proven ability to work as part of a team Please note, you MUST have Australian work rights to be successfully shortlisted.
