Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will engage with our customers via online chat and emails, providing top-notch support with a friendly tone of voice. Your accuracy in typing and excellent command of English will ensure our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries through webchat and emails with professionalism and efficiency. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns. Maintain a friendly and approachable tone in all communications. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold our commitment to sustainability and positive customer experiences. What We Offer: On-going temp role :$38.46ph plus super plus loadings, 38 hours a week. Rotating Roster: Over 7 days, 8am-8pm. Training: Full-time office training for around 4 weeks, then transition to hybrid work (pending on performance). Location: Sydney CBD Requirements: Strong typing skills and attention to detail (you will have a typing speed test) Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
