Due to growth, the transactional side of our client's construction team is looking for an experienced lawyer to assist in the structuring (and associated drafting) of major projects and deals. You will also provide advice on procurement options, financing, tender strategy, contract documentation and negotiation through to contract administration. You will work closely with the partners and work in a collaborative and supportive team environment. About You In addition to having at least 2 years of experience in construction law, you will demonstrate the following qualities: Strong drafting and technical skills You will be driven and self-motivated to succeed Excellent document management skills First class client skills and interpersonal skills You must be ambitious with a desire to progress whilst maintaining a team player mindset so as to build strong internal relationships.
