The Role: We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Cafe Store Manager to join our Bellissimo Coffee team at Brisbane Airport . What You’ll Do: ✅ Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style, maintaining the highest level of coffee quality ✅ Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts ✅ Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine ✅ Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail ✅ Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards ✅ Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day What We’re Looking For: Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail and/or hospitality environment ️ Strong communication and coaching abilities Proactive approach and previous experience achieving KPIs and targets ️ Experience with rostering, inventory management, wastage, food safety ⏰ Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays) Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card Perks & Benefits: Parking – No one likes paying for it!
