If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you! About the Opportunity In this dynamic role, you’ll play a central part in the smooth operation of our training programs and systems. From coordinating events and managing communications, to maintaining our LMS (Learning Management System) and exploring AI-based efficiencies, you'll help deliver outstanding learning experiences across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support via the Training Team inbox and assist with scheduling and logistics. Maintain accurate digital records, data entry, and support Workday LMS administration. Assist in setting up and maintaining online and face-to-face training environments. Use AI tools and automation to streamline processes and improve team workflows. Support training evaluations, reporting, and audit processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and promote Wellways programs through high-quality customer service.
