This Sydney-based role primarily supports two vibrant metro centres in the CBD and Newtown, with additional involvement at two suburban centres. You'll partner closely with our Centre and Portfolio Managers to ensure each asset delivers an exceptional experience for retailers, customers and the client. Here’s a snapshot of your role: Support day-to-day operations including tenant liaison, lease compliance, arrears, reporting and budgeting Build strong relationships with retailers, service providers and key stakeholders Assist with lease administration, tenancy schedules, and sales/insurance tracking Identify opportunities for casual leasing and local revenue growth initiatives Ensure operational standards, safety and presentation across all assets are upheld Why CBRE?
