Howlong Nursery is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager Howlong Nursery is a wholesale grower of flower and vegetable seedlings, potted colour and baskets located in Howlong NSW, supplying to NSW, ACT, SA and Victoria. About the role: -Develop and review policies, programs, and procedures concerning customer relations and the delivery of goods and services. -Oversee and coordinate customer service operations, including managing customer orders and dispatch processes. -Ensure quality control and operational efficiency within the customer service function. -Provide direction, feedback, and support to team members, including managing, motivating, and developing staff delivering customer service. -Plan and implement after-sales services to monitor customer satisfaction, ensure the performance of goods and services provided, and identify opportunities for service improvement. -Liaise with other departments and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations, ensuring a high standard of customer relations and service delivery.
