Lead one of CSR's most significant capital projects – Major Capex in construction, plant, and infrastructure. We are seeking a Construction Manager to take a pivotal leadership role in the delivery of a major brownfield upgrade at our Coopers Plains site. This highly technical and complex project includes new building works, large-scale plant and equipment installation, and major site infrastructure upgrades — all within a live manufacturing environment. This will be a 2–Year Fixed Term Contract commencing asap. About the opportunity: Manage the construction of new facilities across a large industrial site without interrupting ongoing operations. Oversee all contractors and construction partners — including Principal Contractors — ensuring compliance, safety, and performance. Lead interface coordination across multiple workstreams including civil, structural, and mechanical works. Provide input into final design stages and construction scheduling. Ensure financial tracking, forecasting, claims, and variations are managed proactively. Own WHSE outcomes on-site and lead commissioning and defects management through to handover. About You: Extensive experience (10 years) in large-scale industrial or high-rise construction projects . Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through commissioning. Adept at managing complex stakeholder groups and balancing priorities in high-activity environments. Known for a strong safety mindset and excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience within manufacturing or brownfield environments will be highly regarded. Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management. Why Join Us?
