Key Details: Position Levels: ASO1 - ASO2 Workload : 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours per week) or 0.6FTE (22.5 hours per week) Location : Adelaide CBD or Port Adelaide Hourly Rates: $33 - $40 per hour (depending on experience) Contract Duration: 5 weeks to 6 months Start Date: ASAP Requirement: Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 2 years) For reference, please see the respective Job descriptions below. PAYROLL OFFICER (Adelaide CBD) Key Responsibilities: Provide frontline customer service support, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently using CHRIS21. Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies while handling sensitive information. Utilise Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, documents, and spreadsheets as needed. Ideal Candidates Will Have: Proficiency in CHRIS21 or a similar payroll/accounting system. Strong data entry skills (min 40 wpm). Previous experience in data entry / payroll administration / frontline customer service preferred. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER (Port Adelaide) Key Responsibilities: Create and update SA Gov Supplier accounts accurately Liaise with suppliers regarding tax invoice compliance Conduct data entry and maintain high accuracy levels Provide a timely and quality customer service including inbound and outbound telephone and email enquiries Ideal Candidates Will Have: Call-centre environments with a focus on customer service Data entry/typing skills (minimum 40wpm) Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Financial Reporting/Accounting Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER (Port Adelaide) Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the preparation and timely processing of accounts by undertaking manual and system processing of claims and payments of goods and services received, creation of invoices, receipting of revenue, investigating and taking corrective action on any discrepancies and ensuring that all relevant data is correctly entered into the system Check invoice/adjustment requests for completeness, generate invoices/adjustment notes accurately, match and process receipts, prepare banks deposits, reports, batches and other accounts Receivable processes as required Provide a timely and accurate front-line service including answering queries and providing advice, while demonstrating respect, consistency, and courtesy Ideal Candidates Will Have: Proficiency in debt management notice running, RTS, and ad-hoc debt recovery duties.
