About the role We are looking for a skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, detailing, and overseeing the construction of interior spaces to create environments that serve specific functions, with a strong focus on space optimization, effective layout planning, and elements that improve both residential and workplace experiences. Role and Responsibilities Generating creative design concepts tailored to the purpose and style of the interior space. Choosing, identifying, and suggesting materials, furnishings, and products that meet both functional needs and aesthetic preferences for interior spaces. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define the objectives, expectations, and limitations of the design brief. Conducting in-depth research and analysis to address spatial, functional, safety, efficiency, and aesthetic needs. Engaging in negotiations with clients, suppliers, management, and construction teams to finalise design solutions. Creating sketches, diagrams, plans, and visual materials to effectively communicate design proposals. Designing interiors that serve a specific purpose while enhancing the comfort, space planning, functionality, and visual appeal of living and working environments. Documenting and detailing approved interior designs for construction and implementation. Supervising on-site interior construction.
