This full-time, office-based role sits at the heart of a tight-knit Office Management team and is all about creating great vibes from the moment someone walks through the door. If you’re organised, people-loving, and always one step ahead, this could be your perfect next move! This is a busy, varied role where no two days look the same. From managing the front desk to supporting office operations and helping with team events, you’ll be a go-to person across the business. You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming guests and managing all front desk duties including phones, couriers and mail Setting up desks and access for new starters Raising maintenance requests and coordinating services like coffee machine repairs and cleaners Keeping meeting rooms and shared areas tidy and stocked Helping organise internal team events and social activities Pitching in with admin and ad hoc tasks as they come up Who We’re Looking For Our client is after someone with 2 years’ experience in a reception, admin or people-facing role—someone who’s confident, friendly and enjoys creating a great experience for others. You’ll be juggling a few things at once, so being organised and calm under pressure is key.
