Warehouse & Dispatch Operator – Spare Parts & Machinery Shifts: Monday to Friday Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm Pay: $33.16 per hour Location: Crestmead, QLD We’re looking for a hands-on and mechanically minded Warehouse & Dispatch Operator to join our team. This role involves general warehouse duties, parts handling, and preparation of machinery for dispatch. Key Responsibilities: – Pick and pack spare parts and machinery orders – Receive goods and accurately complete put-aways – Load and unload trucks and containers safely – Operate reach and counterbalance forklifts – Use tools such as rattle guns, spanners, and sockets for basic assembly tasks – Prepare tractors and loaders (washing, polishing, decals, radio install) – Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and yard environment – Report equipment damage or safety concerns – Follow all safety procedures and work instructions What You’ll Need: – Valid forklift licence (reach and counterbalance experience preferred) – Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools – Good comprehension of written and spoken English – Previous warehouse or dispatch experience – Reliability, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset Ready to apply?
