Job Description Supervise and coordinate a team of 10 warehouse staff during the afternoon shift (1:00pm-9:15pm) Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock control processes Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in line with OH&S standards Monitor team performance and productivity, providing guidance and support Conduct shift handovers and ensure clear communication across teams Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Operate and oversee use of warehouse systems and equipment Train and on-board new team members as required Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment The Successful Applicant Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10 Holds a current and valid forklift license (LF) Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch processes Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology Committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, practical decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work the afternoon shift (1:00pm-9:15pm) Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks What's on Offer Competitive salary based on experience Stable, full-time afternoon shift (1:00pm-9:15pm) Opportunity to lead and develop a team of 10 Supportive and collaborative team environment Career growth and progression opportunities within the business On-site parking and accessible location Training and development provided Work with a well-established, Australian-owned company
