Type : Part-Time Term : Ongoing Position Details Administration Officer Sacred Heart Primary School Thornlie is a thriving, double stream Catholic co-educational school catering for students from Kindergarten to Year Six. We are seeking a suitably qualified Administration Officer to commence in Term 3. The position is ongoing. The Administration Officer is a key member of the Administration and Finance team who provide customer focused, timely and accurate support to staff and families. The position is full time, 37.5 hours, 8am to 4pm, 41 weeks a year (term time). The position is classified under the Administration and Technical Officer section of The Roman Catholic Archbishop of Perth Non-Teaching Staff Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2014. The according level will depend on qualifications and level of experience. The position involves managing the sick bay, medications, administering first aid and communicating with parents if students are unwell. The role also involves managing on a daily basis student attendance records via SEQTA. The successful application should be able to provide general administration assistance in a friendly and efficient manner whether in person, via email or on the telephone.
