You'll report to a supportive and experienced leader who values a fast learner with a strong customer-first approach. The Role: As a Customer Service Consultant, your key duties will include: Managing high-volume inbound calls Liaising with customers via email Verifying customer identities and updating details Processing payments and handling data entry Completing general admin tasks in a compliance-driven environment About You: You’re a strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset and excellent attention to detail. You thrive in fast-paced roles and are quick to pick up new systems and processes. Experience in data-sensitive or compliance-based environments will be highly regarded.
