About the Role Casey Leisure is on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic Cafe team! As a Cafe Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and energetic environment for our customers. You'll take pride in delivering high-quality service, preparing food and beverages, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and well-presented café area. This position requires flexibility, with regular weekend availability essential. You’ll also need to be open to working across multiple sites within the City of Casey, as cross-site support and training are key components of this role. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard Accurately process sales using our POS system Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across food preparation, service, and customer areas Ensure cafe displays are well-stocked and presented Complete required administrative tasks including checklists and health regulation documentation Support operations across different locations as required Desired Skills and experiences Requirements - You must meet the following to be considered: Availability to work weekends and public holidays Willingness and ability to work across multiple Casey Leisure sites Current Food Handling Certificate (or ability to obtain) Current Working with Children Check - Employee version (or ability to obtain) Current Police Check (or ability to obtain) HLTAID011 First Aid and HLTAID009 CPR certifications (or ability to obtain) Strong passion commitment to providing outstanding customer service Why Join Us?
