Architecture & Interior Design Interior Designer Sydney Permanent / Full Time We’re seeking a mid-level Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience, ideally gained within a Design & Construct (D&C) environment, to join our client’s team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of workplace projects and gain end-to-end exposure- collaborating closely with estimators, project managers, and site teams throughout the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage selected projects independently, with support from the broader design team Collaborate with fellow designers on larger-scale projects Conduct client briefings and develop design concepts, sketches, plans, elevations, and mood imagery Prepare detailed documentation for projects across NSW and interstate Participate in site visits and live project collaboration to ensure seamless deliver About You: 3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably within a D&C setting. Strong interest and experience in workplace design. Excellent eye for detail and design quality.
