About the Role The successful candidate will be involved in the management and execution of infrastructure and civil projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Prepare and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and technical drawings. Coordinate and oversee on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety, and environmental regulations. Track project progress, manage budgets, and report on milestones. Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and site staff. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues in a timely manner. Maintain thorough documentation of work progress and variations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 1 years' experience in civil or infrastructure projects. Sound knowledge of Australian engineering practices, safety, and building codes. Strong communication and project coordination skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
