My Client, a leading global engineering consultancy are currently looking to recruit a Lead Marine Structural Engineer to join their successful Ports & Marine team I am looking for a Lead Marine Structural Engineer with strong leadership, project management and technical experience to join the talented team based in Perth. You will be joining a highly specialised team of professionals that provide unique project scope and abilities within the national civil & infrastructure business. This role will have you involved in specialised marine projects partnering with major blue-chip clients across the country and you will play a lead role in managing design teams and contributing to the first-class delivery of marine structure projects. Working in a global organisation with industry specialists, you will have exposure to a wide range of projects that our client continue to be awarded. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Extensive technical experience in the design of near shore marine structures Ability to manage and lead a talented and dedicated engineering and design team Proven ability to use and model structures in SpaceGass and Strand 7 Consulting experience highly regarded in similar environments Strong focus on quality and adheres with system process requirements. Leadership experience of small to medium sized projects PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Recognised qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or equivalent). Proven project management experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
