We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Support Officer within the Education and Communications team. We manage communications; create and maintain publications in print and online; and coordinate and support learning activities. This position is expected to support the team by: managing stock control and distribution of educational materials for events and stakeholders providing data entry and processing related to learning activities planning, coordinating and managing learning activities (in-person and online) for people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporations. The responsibilities of the role include: identifying and engaging facilitators and venues procuring and managing contracts for training materials, facilitators, venues and catering assisting facilitators with logistics and travel receiving and logging requests for training from external and internal sources supporting participants to register for, attend and give feedback on training activities, including booking travel creating webinars and workshops in virtual systems preparing and issuing certificates of attendance entering data from evaluations and feedback. The key duties of the position include We're looking for someone with high level organisational skills and great attention to detail to support our team across all our functions, particularly managing our educational resources and assisting with our training activities. Experience with government procurement is essential, and skills in data entry and customer service will make you a strong candidate. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and record keeper and demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills. You should have experience in MS Office suite - Excel, Teams and SharePoint in particular - and be willing to learn new systems and processes.
