Job Title: Admin Assistant / Office Manager Location: Brisbane CBD, QLD Salary: $75,000 inclusive of superannuation (pro-rated for 4 days per week) Contract: 12 Months Start Date: End of June About the Client: Our client is a respected ASX-listed Australian property development company with a strong presence across Queensland, WA, VIC, and SA. Role Overview: Looking to start or grow your career in office administration? Our client, is seeking a motivated Office Assistant to join their friendly Brisbane CBD team . This is a great opportunity for someone with limited experience to learn and develop skills through hands-on training and mentorship while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment . What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll support a variety of departments with a range of administrative and office support tasks, including: Reception: Answer incoming phone calls, book couriers, manage reception emails, greet visitors, and organise refreshments. Administration: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage office supplies, keep meeting rooms and the kitchen tidy, and assist with other general office tasks. Office Systems Management: Help maintain office equipment, ensure smooth office operations, and manage company merchandise distribution. HR and Admin Support: Support senior team members with tasks like corporate credit card reconciliations, assist with onboarding and offboarding staff, and help manage intranet content. What We’re Looking For: We’re not looking for years of experience—just someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or office-based role, ideally in a corporate environment. Strong communication and organisation skills. Confident using computers and a quick learner with new systems. A proactive , friendly personality with a team-first attitude. An interest in the property industry is a plus! Why Join This Team?
