About the position We have a parental leave cover role for a People & Culture Administrator in our growing team. This role would suit someone with experience as a P&C Administrator or someone with strong administration skills and experience and a desire to expand their career in people and culture. Please note this position is based in Southbank and is fixed-term with a duration of 12 months. You will be responsible for the following: Providing administrative and clerical support and co-ordination to the P&C department to maintain high-quality, timely and professional service delivery. End-to-end administrative duties for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, probation review, performance review, culture surveys and offboarding. Drafting employment agreements, variation letters and internal P&C communications, as well as providing support with reporting. Being a main point of contact for employee inquires by monitoring the P&C Mailbox. Providing recruitment support by scheduling interviews and co-ordinating pre-employment background checks. The administration of data such as employee files and human resources information systems, ensuring accuracy throughout. Assisting with a variety of P&C projects and initiatives. To succeed in this role, you should have: Previous experience in a human resources administration position, (or minimum of 3 years’ prior administration experience in a fast-paced people-centric workplace and an interest to move into P&C) A high level of attention to detail is crucial, as the role involves drafting template employment contracts and general data entry. A demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and integrity is required due to the nature of the data handled. Exceptional organisational and time management skills are necessary, along with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in the MS OFFICE suite, particularly with intermediate skills in EXCEL. Strong self-motivation and confidence in your ability to get the job done accurately and on time.
