Introduction Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL ) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has an estimated 10 year mine life forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces in FY26. Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration potential expected to grow the current high-grade resource. The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. We seek to foster an energetic and collaborative work culture that attracts and retains exceptional employees Description The hybrid role aims to focus on 75% mine infrastructure/projects and 25% paste. Projects include overseeing the installation of a 3 rd surface primary fan setup, underground fuel bays, underground explosives magazine, mine dewatering setups and H.V. power. Currently, bulk paste activities are not within the Bellevue 5-year plan, however Bellevue is committed to evaluating a business case of conducting some paste filling to capture high grade ore. Should this progress, the role will oversee the paste project from tender to pouring. Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Alongside the Senior Planning Engineers, develop a life of mine infrastructure plan (power, pumping, ventilation and technology) and strategy to support safe and efficient mining operations. Take ownership of the mine primary infrastructure performance (power, pumping, ventilation and technology), ensuring efficient operation of each and planning for future growth. Undertake AFE’s to justify capital requirements for project work and conduct tender activities to award project work to with respect to safety performance and cost competitiveness and working within the approved mining budget. Develop a quarterly infrastructure schedule in line with the mine plan, and use to schedule to oversee the scoping, procurement and execution of capital projects on a monthly basis. Oversee various contract project teams conducting capital project work. Update Quarterly Infrastructure plans (power, pumping, ventilation and technology) to keep record of various primary infrastructure installations. Conduct regular infrastructure meetings to ensure project work is on track and well-coordinated. Undertake business improvement activities to identify opportunities to execute projects to improve on safety, productivity or cost. Work alongside the Bellevue Principal Engineer to develop a paste scoping study, and co-ordinate a business case for the implementation of paste or backfill to maximize value. Seek out opportunities to conduct other backfill (waste fill, CRF, CAF, paste or other) to improve on safety, cost or productivity to maximize value. Mentor and supervise project engineers in executing project work. Skills And Experiences Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies: A tertiary degree in Mining Engineering. Experience with underground pastefill . Professional experience in mining engineering. Deswik competency. Project/infrastructure experience. Excellent written and verbal communication, literacy, numeracy and presentation skills. Ability to work autonomously with well-developed time management skills. Outstanding analytical skills. Well-developed interpersonal skills. High attention to detail. Ability to work to deadlines.
