Project Administrator, Essential Safety Measures (ESM) — The Rocks, Sydney

The opportunity You will primarily provide project and general administration support to our Property Compliance, Essential Safety Measures (ESM) team based in our Sydney office to help them deliver technical and consulting services, studies and investigations, on a broad range of projects. You will help foster a strong client, quality and safety culture. This is a pivotal role in which you will have the opportunity to build relationships with the Project Managers and technical staff, external contractors, our Business Support team and most importantly directly with our clients. Day to day, this role will see you: Input property, user, and contractor data into the property compliance system (Uptick) Maintain audit and certification routines Request and review contractor signoffs Prepare annual compliance documentation such as Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS) Assist Property Compliance project managers in managing client purchase orders and reconciling with project trackers Actively assist colleagues in achieving improved client feedback results, enhanced satisfaction and exceed client expectations. What we'll love about you We are seeking a service-focused, proactive and tech-savvy individual who will provide a mature, composed and professional service to both internal staff and our valued major clients. In addition, you will bring the following: At least 5-10 years of project administration experience Comfortable and confident with technology – we require a developed skill level across Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and ideally some familiarity with Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Delve etc.) Strong organisational and time management Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ideally, experience in the review and processing of fire services contractor certifications and maintenance declarations, within an audit consultancy or fire services maintenance provider environment (non-mandatory requirement) Ideally, familiarity with the “Uptick” asset maintenance software platform Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
