Join a fast-paced, down-to-earth team in the blue-collar recruitment industry! We're seeking a reliable and organised Admin Support Assistant to be the face and voice of our Eastern Creek office. This is a vital front-desk role with variety, pace, and a strong team behind you. About the Role: In this role, you'll support our Recruitment Consultants & Account Managers to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities include: Greeting and assisting walk-in candidates and visitors Answering and directing telephone calls and emails Assisting with candidate onboarding and compliance paperwork Supporting the team with admin duties (timesheets, job ads, document management) Maintaining an organised and professional reception area Updating our database with accurate candidate information Assisting with basic payroll admin tasks (training provided) What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a receptionist, admin, or office support role Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional telephone manner Strong attention to detail and time management Confident using Microsoft Office and basic admin systems A friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team Recruitment industry experience is a bonus - but not essential Payroll experience is also a bonus - full training will be provided Why Join Us?
