School of Biomedical Sciences Full-time (100%), permanent position Base salary will be in the range $74,534 - $79,026 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 4) Based at our St Lucia Campus About This Opportunity The School of Biomedical Sciences is seeking a motivated and energetic Student and Academic Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for student enquiries, you will play a vital role in delivering a positive and supportive student experience. This position provides a range of high-quality administrative services to students and staff, contributing to the smooth operation of academic programs and student services. Key responsibilities will include: Deliver high-quality frontline support , providing accurate and friendly advice to students across email, phone, and in-person enquiries. Process a range of student administration tasks , including enrolments, documentation, assessment extensions, and exam-related matters. Maintain and update student records using relevant university systems and ensure compliance with academic policies and procedures. Support the general operations of the office , including preparing correspondence, managing supplies, and maintaining noticeboards. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage workload, and meet competing deadlines. High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in documentation and data entry. A strong customer service orientation, with a proactive and empathetic approach to stakeholder needs.
