Modern, state of the art lab Competitive hourly rates Ongoing training and development About the Position: Ceramic Artisans Dental Lab in Chatswood is currently searching for an experienced Dental Lab Admin Assistant to work on a Full Time basis Monday to Friday. You will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our dental laboratory. This role involves managing patient orders, customer service, and assisting with inventory management, while working closely with dental professionals and lab technicians. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients (dentists, dental offices, patients). Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Order Management: Process and track incoming dental orders, ensuring all necessary information is complete. Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and materials used. Follow up with clients regarding incomplete or incorrect orders. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed and organised patient records, including order specifications, timelines, and progress reports. Ensure that all documents comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Assist in generating invoices and billing reports for clients and accounting purposes. General Office Support: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and faxing. Ensure the office space remains organised and efficient. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with dental lab management software is a plus. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
