This is a vital role providing national support for the HR Manager. This role is ideal for someone with high volume recruitment experience ideally within the blue collar space, who is looking to grow their career within recruitment/HR. You Will Be A confident communicator and team player Organised, with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Keen to grow your skills across HR and recruitment Someone with experience or interest in blue-collar industries such as manufacturing, construction, or trades Collaborative, reliable, and ready to learn our role: Support internal recruitment: drafting job ads, posting roles, shortlisting applicants, writing rejection emails Coordinate communication with candidates (including scheduling, screening, and sending outcome notifications) Liaise with recruitment agencies for drivers, mechanics, and operators Collaborate with the team to update and write job descriptions Maintain basic HR documentation and assist with onboarding administration Open job cards, complete data entry, and maintain incident registers If this sounds like the role for you please contact Caitlin - [email protected] // 02 8320 0683
